Our house is situated in a very quiet location amidst the enchanting surroundings of the Biosphärenpark Nockberge, only 300 m from the 18 hole golf course Bad Kleinkirchheim - Reichenau.

The village of Patergassen (shopping) and Bad Kleinkirchheim with the rich infrastructure is only 3 minutes away. Furthermore, the surrounding lakes can be reached in the summer and the individual ski areas can be easily reached by car in winter. In the main season, a shuttle bus regularly takes you to Bad Kleinkirchheim and back. The apartment is very spacious (65sqm) and is the only one in the house.

The apartment can be rented from 2 to 6 people. If necessary, a cot or emergency bed can also be provided. All charges, operating costs, table linen and final cleaning are included in the cost. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
